Review by hotel critic
Nestled near the Autostrada, Burgfrieden offers a quaint retreat blending Austrian and Italian traditions, ideal for car travelers seeking convenience. The warm welcome and helpful staff set a pleasant tone, displaying professionalism and friendliness. The comfortable bed and cleanliness added to the cozy ambiance. The restaurant's homemade dishes, especially the local pasta specialties, were surprisingly delightful, elevating the dining experience. While the free toiletries were a thoughtful touch, the lack of free Wi-Fi and no on-site beauty treatments may not meet every traveler's expectations. However, the large balcony and picturesque surroundings made up for these minor shortcomings. Burgfrieden strikes a balance between value and luxury, making it a wise choice for those looking for a charming stay near the Autostrada with a touch of local flair.
